Directors House – ‘Ananya’

Designed and executed as a compact 3 Bedroom House for a cute Family comprising of a Couple and a daughter.

Owner, Mr.Jithesh an experienced Ad Film Director along with wife Chinnu, a teacher with the co- direction of the Architects built this home sweet home , putting in trendy ideas in this era of home construction.

Design points :-

Planned Linear Plot along close proximity to Roadside ,the design blends from one end to other end in a linear strip with planters in front.

The porch with slope roof in one end and double decker bedrooms in the other end ( laterite texture) gives a traditional touch to the project.

The multiple Bay window in the bedrooms complements the laterite wall.

Planned as compact 3 Bedroom with Open terrace garden area (planned for future Bedroom Expansion).

The Plan is an open plan with Living /Dining separated by the Floating Staircase (providing privacy screen along with handrail design) and an open kitchen (with pantry).

The feel of a court is brought inside with a sunken green court below the Floating Steel Staircase in ISMB Sections (with Pine wood top) .
